+ WHAT DOES IT COST TO WORK WITH HVR STUDIO?

Every client and business is unique, so that’s why I like to start with a free consultation call to ensure we are a good fit and talk details about your your business’ current challenges and goals. After our call, I’ll put together a custom package of services that sets you up for success in your business. Services are priced depending on the project at hand. Keeping this in mind, website packages start at $5,000. Branding + Web Design packages start at $7,000. À la carte digital / print collateral is priced uniquely by project.

+ IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?

For website packages, a 50% deposit is required upon signing to hold your spot on my calendar. The final 50% payment is required before the end of your build slot for me to be able transfer ownership of your website to you. For branding + website packages, you can choose to pay as stated above or payments can be broken down into 3-4 parts depending on the project scope.

*All payments are securely made through HVR Studio’s client portal and online processor, Honeybook. I also accept checks if that is your preference.

+ HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

1. Complete the form below.
2. We’ll schedule a free consultation call to see if it’s a good fit for everyone.
3. After receiving and signing your custom proposal, you’ll make your deposit to secure your spot on my calendar.
4. Complete the homework assignment that is emailed over to you after you make your deposit.

+ HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU GET STARTED?

Reach out to confirm my availability! This system of scheduling projects in advance allows you enough time to complete your design homework before we start.

To get the best results, I recommend booking your project at least 2-3 months before you want to launch your site.

+ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

My custom websites usully take 4-6 weeks from project kickoff to launch. That does not include the prep work needed prior to start date.

For branding + website packages, branding takes about 4-6 weeks to complete (before website design can begin) depending on the client’s revisions and deliverables. Altogether, branding and website design takes around 8-10 weeks. À la carte digital / print collateral turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.

+ WHY I USE SQUARESPACE AND SHOPIFY?

I build exclusively with Squarespace and Shopify (e-commerce sites) for all of my web design projects. Squarespace and Shopify are feature-rich and offer a versatile drag & drop builder, which allows my clients the flexibility and confidence to make edits as needed after launch. This means your website can easily evolve with your growing business over time!

As a bonus, I can offer you a 20% discount on an annual plan with Squarespace (new sites only) due to my Squarespace Circle Membership.

+ WHAT'S REQUIRED OF ME FOR A WEB DESIGN PROJECT?

Once you’ve booked, I will send you some homework to complete before your project start date! This homework includes: purchasing your domain/hosting, completing a discovery questionnaire and compiling your website content, branding files and professional photography for the site. Don’t worry, I will offer guidance to help make this homework as painless as possible 🙂

+ CAN YOU HELP ME WITH CONTENT?

Absolutely! My website packages typically start with you being responsible for all of your own website content; however, if you would like help fine-tuning your copy or writing it from scratch, let me know! I offer copywriting and content creation services that can be added to your website package. I also offer photo/video shoot creative direction as a service.

+ WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE'RE FINISHED?

Don’t worry – I won’t leave you hanging after your site has launched! We will schedule a live training session to go over how to use your new site, I offer 2 weeks of free technical support in case any additional questions come up after our training, and you will also have access to a library of helpful tutorial videos to refer back to as needed!

Additionally, I offer affordable monthly support plans where I handle ongoing maintenance and updates so you can focus on running your business.

I do! In fact, I encourage it. I want you to get the most out of your beautiful new website, which is why I offer an affordable Monthly Maintenance Plan, available exclusively to HVR Studio web design clients. With this plan, I can ensure that your site remains in tip-top shape: up to date, backed up, and safe from malware. This includes taking care of any website updates you may have (up to 1 hour total) every month.
