My Customized Approach

I pride myself on delivering a cohesive, supportive client experience with the goal of always exceeding my clients’ expectations at the forefront. I understand that each business is unique, so I tailor my services accordingly and work collaboratively with my clients to provide maximum value.
Inquiry
STEP 1
Once you fill out my contact form, I'll follow up within 1-2 business days with more information and an invitation link to schedule a free consultation call. We'll talk in detail about your project goals and I'll give you a sneak peak into what it would be like working with me; let’s see if we’re a good fit! I can either meet with you in person, where time and geography permits, or jump on a phone call (*can be integrated with Zoom!).
Onboarding
STEP 2
After the consultation, I will send you a custom proposal and agreement for you to review. Once you sign and make your deposit to secure the project, I'll send you a kick-off email with acess to your client portal and some homework to complete before your project start date.
Strategy
STEP 3
With your homework answers in mind, I'll be hard at work behind-the-scenes diving into background research to develop a strategy and plan of action. I’ll also take a steer from any other brands you feel connect well, websites you like, and the type of content you enjoy. Then we'll set aside 60-90 minutes to meet via video chat (or in person where geography permits) to go over strategy and ensure we are on the same page.
